Product Details
A good example of a large solid silver serving spoon. It has engraved initials on the handle 'RL to HJ' perhaps to commemorate a marriage. It is a good quality piece and weighs approximately 60g.
It is clearly hallmarked for Exeter, 1816 and the make George Ferris.
It is in very good condition for its age with a clear hallmark. There are no major damages and it displays beautifully. There are some faint surface marks but nothing detrimental. It has been gently cleaned and polished and is ready for use.
