A good example of an antique Sterling Silver milk jug or gravy boat. It is a stylish piece with an elegant curved handle, wavy rim and three hooded feet. It is a good quality piece, weighing approximately 155g.
It is clearly hallmarked for Birmingham, 1902 and the makers Marston & Bayliss.
It is in good condition for its age. There are some faint surface marks and some minor signs of age and use but nothing detrimental and it displays well. It has been gently cleaned and polished is ready for use.
