A beautiful Edwardian oak tabletop stationery cabinet with a lovely warm patina. It has a sloped front with brass escutcheon and brass inlaid cartouche. The front slope opens to reveal a fitted interior with letter rack, pen tray and one small ink bottle. The box also comes with a working key.
It is in good condition for its age and displays well. There is a small chip in the rear corner and other minor signs of use with some age related stains and splits but nothing detrimental. There are also a few chips on the glass ink bottle.
