Product Details

A good example of a large antique copper jam pan dating from the early 19th century. It is excellent quality made from a very heavy copper with a rolled rim and two handles. The outer edge is stamped "OATEN", perhaps a maker's mark or the name of the family who owned it.

It is in good original condition and displays well with a wonderful patina. There are no major damages, splits or holes. There are lots of signs of age and use, some minor dents, dinks and surface marks but nothing untoward. It has been cleaned and gently polished and is ready for use.
Approximate Measurements :
Height (to top of handles) : 6 3/4" (17cm)
Diameter : 13 3/4" (35cm)

Width across handles : 15 3/4" (40cm)
