Product Details

A good example of a small solid silver christening beaker. It is continental, likely Ducth, and is dot engraved 1718 with the initial H in the middle, above the letters I.E. It is of traditional tapering form with a flared rim and engraved decoration.

It does not have a full set of traditional hallmarks but is engraved "EV" on the bottom, possibly a makers mark.
It is in good condition for its age but does have a few small marks and knocks picked up over the years and a few small dents and surface marks but no major damages and overall it displays well. It has been gently cleaned and polished is ready for use.
