Good example of a small Candlestick beautifully hand painted in the ever popular 'Crocus' design. It displays very well and is unmistakably Clarice Cliff. The pattern shows her distinctive orange, blue and purple crocus flowers below yellow, green and brown banding.
It is fully stamped and signed on the underneath with "Crocus. Hand Painted. Bizarre by Clarice Cliff. England"

It is in good condition for its age. T
he colours have remained bright and vibrant and t here are no damages or restoration. There are some light surface marks and a small amount of glaze crazing inside the actual candle holder itself but nothing detrimental and it displays well.
