Product Details

A good example of a live steam vertical engine. It dates from the 1940s and was made in England by Burnac. It has a copper and brass boiler stood on a green metal base. It has a brass chimney, a red painted flywheel and comes with its original burner.

The engine is in very good condition and has clearly been well looked after. It has been cleaned and polished and tested using an air compressor and is in good working order. There are of course some signs of age and use, some minor marks, tarnishing and some paint loss here and there but nothing detrimental.

Approximate Measurements:

Height : 9" / 23cm

Base Diameter : 3 1/2" / 9cm
