A great Railway enamel sign dating from the early 20th Century. It is completely authentic and original and has a great look to it. It is maroon in colour for Midland Rail and it is eye catching with a great slogan.
It is a small sign that measures approximately 16" (41cm) long by 10" (25cm) high, making it a great size for display.
It is in good original condition with the usual level of wear for a sign of this age. There are various matches of enamel loss and areas of rust and minor corrosion but it displays well with a very authentic look. It has been thoroughly cleaned and is ready for use.
