A fine example of an Arts and Crafts solid silver bowl stood on three ball and claw feet with acanthus leaf detail. It is a stylish piece with an attractive hammered finish and it is good quality, weighing approximately 122g.
It is clearly hallmarked for Albert Edward Jones, Birmingham, 1934 and is also stamped underneath with the number "654".
It is in excellent condition for its age. There are no major damages and it displays beautifully. There are some faint surface marks and minor signs of age and use but nothing detrimental. It has been gently cleaned and polished and displays beautifully.
