Product Details

A good example of a small solid sterling silver tea pot. It stands on a round foot with a band of engraved decoration below the lid. It has a turned ivory finial and ivory handle. It is stylish and good quality, weighing a total of 445g.

It is clearly hallmarked for Sheffield, 1931, Alexander Clark & Co.

It is in good condition for its age and the hallmark is clear. There are a couple of minor old hairline cracks in the ivory but it is strong and sturdy and still displays well. There are some general faint surface scratches and light surface marks and a small dink on the rim of the lid but nothing detrimental. It has been gently cleaned and polished and is ready for use.
