A lovely Art Deco cylindrical desk calendar set on a silver base. Each part can be turned to change the day / date and month. The day reel is also stamped "Patented in Germany, U.S.A, Gt Britain. No.253845"
Each part is clearly hallmarked for London, 1933 and the makers Walker & Hall.
It's in good condition but is showing a few signs of age and use. There is a small dent on one corner of the base (see photo) and some other minor surface marks. The actual date reels are marked here and there with pen and June and July have worn off and been touched in at some point (see photos) but overall it still displays very well and is a good usable piece.
