A good example of a large solid Silver cigarette case with gilt interior. It is a typical art deco design with engine turned detail and geometric decoration. It is good quality, weighing approximately 228g.
It is clearly hallmarked for Sheffield, 1936 and the maker Walker & Hall.
It is in good condition for its age. There are a few small dinks and surface marks and light scratches but no major damages and overall it displays well. It has been gently cleaned and polished is ready for use.
