A good example of an Art Deco chrome standard lamp. It is a simple geometric design, tyipcal of the Art Deco period, with a square stepped base set on small square feet. The chrome has been lightly polished and has a good shine, giving almost a mirrored effect.
It has been rewired to modern standards and takes a standard bayonet bulb.
The lamp is in excellent original condition. There are some small marks and scratches around the base and some light pitting and tarnishing but nothing detrimental. It is strong and sturdy and displays beautifully.
