A good example of an antique Welsh dairy stool dating from the late 19th Century. It has a thick circular dished top set on three splayed legs. It has been painted at some point in its life with the original reddy brown paint visible under the seat. The top and legs have been stripped at some point leaving some signs of the paint and it has a lovely patina.
It is in good condition for its age and is solid and sturdy. There are a couple of small knocks and marks here and there and signs of age and use but nothing detrimental.
