Product Details

A beautiful original four section spice tower dating from the 19th Century. It has the most beautiful authentic look to it and has retained most of its four original labels - Cinnamon, Cloves, Mace (faded and worn) and Nut-Megs. It has been very well looked after and still has its original lid. The wooden threads on each section are in good condition and the sections screw together firmly.

It is in very good condition for its age and it has developed a pleasant aged patina. The only damage is a small old split in the lid which has made it slightly loose but still perfectly usable. There is wear to the labels and general signs of use and the third section down tightens slightly off-centre to the rest but it isn't detrimental and certainly displays beautifully.
