A lovely original antique spice box dating from the late 19th / early 20th Century. It is painted black and has a domed top that opens to a fitted interior with six individual space sections covered with a hinged lid.
It has been well used and has developed a lovely aged patina. The paint has flaked and rubbed and there are small patches showing through however the hinges are strong and the spice compartments are in good order. Overall it displays well and is certainly a usable item.
