A good example of an antique tavern stool dating from the late 19th / early 20th Century. It stands on turned pitch pine legs with crossed stretchers.
It is in good condition for its age and is strong and sturdy. There are signs of age and use, some small marks and knocks but nothing detrimental and it has a lovely patina. It has been lightly cleaned and polished and is ready for use.
