A good example of an antique silver candlestick style table lamp. It is stylish and good quality with a square stepped weighted base. It is clearly hallmarked for Hawksworth Eyre & Co Ltd, Sheffield, 1927.
It is in working order and has been rewired with a modern chrome switched lamp holder and it has been PAT Tested for electrical safety.
It is in good condition for its age and it displays well. There are some small dents and scratches on one side of the base (see photos) but otherwise no major damages. There are some faint surface marks and signs of age and use but nothing detrimental. It has been gently cleaned and polished and is ready for use.
