A nice example of a small sterling silver dish with a scalloped bowl and a pretty pierced rim, standing on 4 small feet. It is stylish and good quality, weighing approximately 46g.
It is clearly hallmarked for Joseph Gloster Ltd, Birmingham, 1928.
It is in good condition for its age. There are no major damages and it displays beautifully. There are some faint surface marks and light scratches inside and some minor signs of age and use but nothing detrimental. It has been gently cleaned and polished and displays beautifully.
