A good example of a solid Sterling Silver sugar caster. It is a stylish and good quality piece, weighing approximately 87g. It is hallmarked for Chester, 1909 and the maker Ollivant & Botsford. The marks are slightly worn but still distinguishable.
It is in good condition for its age. There are some faint surface marks and a few light surface scratches and some small dinks around the edges but nothing detrimental and overall it displays well. It has been gently cleaned and polished and is ready for use.
