A good example of a solid Sterling Silver pepper shaker. It is a stylish and good quality piece standing on four feet with a pierced top. It weighs approximately 34g.
It is hallmarked for Birmingham, 1913. The mark is slightly rubbed and I can't make out the maker but the date is clear.
It is in good condition for its age. There are some faint surface marks and minor dinks and knocks around the rim but nothing detrimental and overall it displays well. It has been gently cleaned and polished and is ready for use.
