A good example of a solid Sterling Silver pepper shaker. It is a stylish and good quality piece on a round foot with repousse swag decoration and a small finial on top. It has a pierced top and weighs approximately 18g.
It is clearly hallmarked for Birmingham, 1905 and the makers E.S.Barnsley & Co.
It is in good condition for its age. There are some faint surface marks and minor dinks around the rim but nothing detrimental. It has been gently cleaned and polished and is ready for use.
