A lovely glass stamp wetter with a glass roller and a solid sterling silver collar. It is clearly hallmarked for Birmingham, 1910 and for the maker Henry Clifford Davis.
It is in good condition for its age. There are no cracks, chips or major damages to the glass. There are some minor surface scuffs and small marks around the pot and general minor signs of age and use but nothing detrimental. It has been cleaned and the silver has been polished and it displays very well.
