A good example of a solid Sterling Silver sugar caster. It is stylish and good quality piece, weighing approximately 111g. It is hallmarked for Birmingham, 1923. The maker's mark is partly worn but it looks likely to be Ernest Druid & Co.
It is in good condition for its age. There are some faint surface marks and a few light dinks but nothing detrimental and overall it displays well. It has been gently cleaned and polished and is ready for use.
