A good example of a Sterling Silver sovereign holder with spring loaded coin mechanism and a square fob watch style design.
It is good quality and well made and is fully hallmarked for Birmingham, 1913 and the maker Edwin Joseph Houlston.
It is in good condition with clear hallmarks. There are some small dinks and dents and faint surface marks but nothing detrimental. The coin mechanism works well as does the opening and closing and it displays well. It has been gently cleaned and polished and is ready for use.
