A lovely antique silver coin purse on a chain, possibly made to be attached to a lady's chatelaine. It is decorated in repousse on both sides with scenes of angels and cherubs. It is excellent quality with a clasp and green silk lining.
It is hallmarked for Sheffield, 1908, Walker & Hall.
It is in good condition for its age. There are some general signs of age and use and some small dinks and dents and light surface marks but nothing detrimental and no major damages. The interior is clean and tidy. It has been cleaned and gently polished and overall it displays very well.
