A nice example of an antique silver pin cushion in the form of a hatching chick. It is good quality with a blue covered pin cushion and is hallmarked on the base for Sampson Mordan & Co, Chester, 1907 and the registration mark "475678".
It is in good condition for its age. There are some small dinks and minor dents and some faint surface marks but nothing detrimental. It has been gently cleaned and polished and displays very well.
