A beautiful silver scent bottle ornately decorated with scenes of cherubs. It is a pretty heart shape with a hinged lid and it has its original ground glass stopper.
It is clearly hallmarked for London, 1901 and the maker William Comyns. The side of the rim is also stamped with the renowned high class retailer "Bechtler Allahabad".
It is in excellent condition for its age and there are no major damages. The hinge is strong and the lid closes firmly. It has been cleaned and the silver gently polished and overall it displays very well.
