An excellent quality antique Sterling Silver backed hair brush with ornate cherub design. It is clearly hallmarked for William Comyns, London, 1906
It is in good condition for its age. There are signs of age and use, some minor dents and a small split on one side (see photo). The repose decoration has rubbed and worn in places but overall it displays well and the bristles are in good order. The silver has been gently cleaned and polished and it is ready for use.
