A good quality sterling silver cruet set in its original fitted case. The set consists of a pepper shaker, salt dish with spoon and a mustard pot with spoon. The mustard pot and salt dish have their original blue glass liners. Every individual piece is fully hallmarked for Adie brothers Ltd, Birmingham, 1955. The total weight of silver is 99g.
Each piece is in very good condition. There are some minor signs of age and use and there are some faint surface marks and a few light scratches and small dinks but nothing detrimental. They have been lightly cleaned and polished and are ready for use.
The case is excellent quality with a silk lid lining and a fitted velvet base. The outer of the case is not without some minor signs of age and use but overall it displays very well.
