Fantastic early 20th Century clockwork model of a Racing Car manufactured by the renowned maker 'Schuco'. It has the Mercedes badge on the front and is marked below with 'Schuco' and the patent details.
It is brightly printed in red with a No.3 badge. It has its original steering wheel and rubber wheels.
It does not come with a key however I have tested it with a spare that I have and the clockwork mechanism runs freely.
It is in good condition for its age. There is some minor wear and small areas of paint have rubbed and there is some rust spots on the metal parts. The rubber wheels have worn considerably and gone out of shape over the years. There are no major dents or knocks.
It measures approximately 5" (13cm) long and is approximately 3" (8cm) wide.
