A lovely antique satinwood pot cupboard with an attractive white marble top. The cupboard has a single door with turned knob and opens to reveal a shelved interior with a small drawer at the top. It is a good quality piece with a raised gallery on the marble top and a plinth base.
It is in good condition for its age and is strong and sturdy. There are minor signs of age and use, an old shrinkage split in one side and a few small marks and knocks but nothing detrimental and overall it displays well. There are some signs of old woodworm around the base which have all been treated as a precaution and haven't affected the piece structurally or aesthetically. The marble is a lovely colour and is in good condition. It has been cleaned and gently polished and is ready for use.
