A good Regency rosewood tilt-top breakfast table. The beautifully figured rosewood top sits on a turned baluster pedestal base on four splayed feet terminating in brass lions paw casters. 4ft in diameter it comfortably seats four or works well as a centre table.
It is in very good condition and has a beautiful patina. It is strong and sturdy and rolls well on its casters. There are variosu small knocks, marks and signs of age and use but nothing detrimental and some pieces of veneer have been replaced around the edge. There is a slight warp in the top causing it to ever so slightly curve up at the edges but it still displays beautifully and is very usable.
