Good example of an early 20th Century table lamp with a painted and gilded Chinoiserie design on a red ground. It is made of wood with a square tapering base and square stepped foot.
It has been rewired to modern standards to take a standard bayonet bulb and is in working order with a valid PAT test.
The lamp is in good condition with some minor signs of age and wear and some losses and wear to the paint in places but nothing detrimental. It is strong and sturdy and displays beautifully.
