A good example of an early 20th Century Otoscope set in its original fitted box. The silk lined lid with gilt maker's label for "Down Bros. London".
The set appears to be complete and even has a few small spare bulbs in one compartment.
It is in good original condition. There are some age related marks, scuffs and the metal has tarnished over the years but there are no major damages. The box has some scuffs and knocks but nothing detrimental. I have not attempted to test it and it is being sold as seen. It is presumed to not be in working order and is sold as a collectable item rather than an accurate scientific instrument.
