A small decorative oil painting on canvas of a countryside scene. It is an accomplished painting and is likely to date from the late 19th / early 20th century. It has been recently re-framed in a good quality gilt frame.
It measures approximately 12 1/2" (32cm) high x 20 1/2" (52cm) wide including the frame.
The painting is in good original condition. There are signs of age, some minor surface marks and some slight crackling of the varnish in places but overall it displays well. The frame is in good condition. The painting has been lightly cleaned and is ready to hang.
