A lovely example of an early 20th Century oak filing cabinet with 8 internal trays and an attractive tambour front. It is well made and a good quality piece with panelled sides and it comes with its original working key. Each drawer has a raised front and a small brass name label.
It is in good condition and is a very usable piece. The tambour front slides smoothly and the drawers are clean and tidy and open well. It is not without some small marks and knocks, a minor old shrinkage split on the top and minor signs of age and use but nothing detrimental and it displays well.
