A lovely oak cupboard of a useful small size. A good country piece, most likely estate made using old timbers. It has a nice panelled door with H-Hinges which opens to a simple shelved interior. It has a plinth base and stands on small turned bun feet.
It is in good condition for its age with a wonderful patina. It has a wooden closing latch for the door and the hinges are in good order. There are signs of age and use, various marks and knocks and some areas of old woodworm which have all been treated as a precaution but the whole piece is strong and sturdy and displays beautifully. It has been cleaned and given a light coat of wax to retain its natural patina.
