A lovely 19th Century oak church collection box. It is well made with dovetail joints and a nicely shaped handle. It has been well used and developed a beautiful rich patina through years of use.
It is in good solid order with no major damages. There are some small minor splits and chips and general signs of age and use but nothing detrimental and certainly doesn't detract from what is a beautiful item.
