A good example of an oak barley twist standard lamp dating from the mid 20th Century. It stands on a round base with three small bun feet and the oak has mellowed to an attractive warm colour.
It has been PAT tested and rewired to modern standards to take a standard bayonet bulb.
The lamp is in good condition. There are some signs of age and use but nothing detrimental and it displays well.
