Lovely example of a 19th Century French armchair upholstered in blue and white striped material. It is a pretty shape with a generous seat and curved arms on turned ebonised legs with the original metal castors. The upholstery is in good condition with no damages or major marks. There are some signs of age and use but nothing detrimental. There are signs of old worm in two of the legs which has all been treated as a precaution and the frame is strong and sturdy.
