A pretty antique brass wall light dating from the late 19th Century with a beautiful milk glass shade. It is excellent quality and the arm moves side to side from the round backing plate. It was most likely originally used as a gas lamp but has now been converted to electric.
It has been re-wired to modern standards and takes a standard bayonet bulb. We would always recommend that the light is installed by a professional electrician.
It is in good condition for its age. The brass has been lightly cleaned and polished and it displays well. There are minor signs of age and use but no major damages or anything detrimental.
