A good mahogany framed Cheval mirror dating from the early 20th Century with its original mirror plate. The mirror has a narrow frame in a simple upstand with splayed feet. It is a good quality piece and the feet have nice carved detail and the joining stretcher is also nicely carved. The mirror swings in its frame and the angle can be adjusted and tightened using the brass handles either side.
It is in good condition for its age and has a lovely rich colour. There are no major damages and it displays well. There are a few old spots and marks on the mirror but nothing detrimental.
