A good example of a beautiful leather Gladstone style bag dating from the early to mid 20th century. The outer of the case is clad in a brown leather with a carrying handle and below this is a metal lock that when pushed in releases the latch to open the bag. It opens out to reveal an interior lined in maroon leather with side pockets and a few small pen holders.
It is in good condition for its age and displays well. There are some general signs of age and use around the outer of the case, some minor scuffs and small losses on the corners but nothing detrimental. The interior is clean and tidy. It does not come with a key but this doesn't stop it being fully closed and the handle being able to be used.
