A beautiful leather club chair dating from the early 20th Century. It is a good comfortable chair with a lovely shape and studded detailing on the arms and around the back. It stands on square tapering oak legs.
It is in good condition for its age and is strong and sturdy. It has developed a lovely aged patina. The leather has worn over time and there are some marks, stains and some minor cracking on one arm. There is a very small tear in one side (see photo) which doesn't worry us and otherwise there are no major damages and it is certainly a very usable chair.
It is approximately 31" (79cm) high, 25" (64cm) deep and 24" (61cm) wide across the arms. The seat is approximately 20" (51cm) deep and 15" (38cm) high.
