A gorgeous leather club chair dating from the early 20th Century. It is a good comfortable chair with a sprung seat and velvet covered cushion. It has a lovely shape with nice small proportions and studded detailing on the back. It stands on square block feet.
It is approximately 30" (76cm) high and the arms are 29 1/2" (75cm) wide across. It is approximately 30" (76cm) deep.
It is in good condition for its age and is strong and sturdy. It has developed a lovely worn and aged patina. The leather has worn over time and there are some marks, small cracks and a few old repairs but no major damages. The back and sides are all in good order with no major rips or tears. There is an old stitched repair to a tear in the bottom side of the cushion.
