A lovely antique spice box dating from the late 19th / early 20th Century originating from the Kerala region India. It is hand carved with five internal compartments and the lid swivels on a wooden pin.
It has been well used and has developed the most beautiful aged patina. There are plenty of signs of age and use but no major damages and it displays well.
