Product Details

A good example of an antique hall lantern dating from the early 20th Century. It is hexagonal in shape with beautiful alternating panels of orange and opaque glass with attractive art nouveau style designs on the top of the panels. It has a bronzed pagoda shaped top which overhangs the glass. It has a hanging loop which could be extended on chain or hung as it is. The loop is stamped "PROV-PAT 4121-86".

The lantern has been re-wired with a simple hanging flex cord and modern bayonet bulb holder. This makes it easy to adapt or hang over an existing flex.

Approximate Measurements:

Height : 13 1/2" (34cm)

Width : 9" (23cm)

The lantern is in good original condition with no major damages. The metal has tarnished but the glass is all in good condition and it dsplays very nicely. It has been lightly cleaned and polished and is ready for use.
