A good example of a gilt table lamp, dating from the early to mid 20th century. It is made from carved wood with a round base and beautifully carved acanthus leaf detail.
It has been PAT tested and rewired to modern standards to take a standard bayonet bulb (bulb not included).
It is in good condition and displays well. There are some areas of wear and small chips of paint loss and an old repaired split but nothing detrimental and it is strong and sturdy with a lovely aged patina.
