A fine example of a Georgian toddy ladle with a long ebonised twisted handle and a solid Sterling Silver ladle with pouring spout. The ladle is good quality and measures approximately 14" (36cm) long.
It is hallmarked for London, 1805. The mark is rubbed and I am not able to identify the maker.
It is in good condition for its age. There are no major damages and it displays beautifully. There are some small dents and dinks around the ladle and some faint surface marks and a few light scratches but nothing detrimental. It has been gently cleaned and polished and is ready for use.
